Pass rush elite is better. Edge threat will only work if you're on the edge as a lineman. If you play dollar or nickel or whatever and want to put AD at DT, like I do with JJ Watt, he'll be able to get it from anywhere.

Release will always be the most important thing. That's why Aaron Rodgers is so good, it's why Deshaun is so good and why Vick is so good. If Mahomes had a good release, everyone would be using him. But he has a terrible release and it's the reason why he's not often seen. That being said, Vick and Deshaun are the best QBs in the game.
