Was this explained anywhere? Why do some of the cards have “wildcard” where the OVR goes?

Is anyone having trouble with abilities? I have dashing deadeye and rarely get on the run deadeye with him. I miss a lot of throws on the run or at least a lot more than I should with dashing deadeye.

Edited original question in post.

I have dashing deadeye, escape artist and playmaker. I’m getting “bullet deadeye” while standing in the pocket and “on the run accurate” while running outside the pocket. I should not be getting any kind of deadeye within the pocket. Sometimes I get “on the run deadeye” running outside but mostly “on the run accurate”. Just curious if anyone else is seeing this.

That’s why I quit using power up’s for the most part. I will still use my passes as needed if it is someone that will improve my team but otherwise I’m sticking with the base cards. I get why the brawler and sprinter are popular but I hate the idea of losing an attribute point when it takes 8000 TP to get the other two. I really haven’t noticed that much of a difference if any on my team since going this direction.

Can these be ran together effectively or does it fall under the “does not stack” category?

Just wanted to update on where I’m at with this. I went through several of these playbooks and decided to look at Arizona while I was at it. Man the Arizona playbook has a little bit of everything. Dual HB run plays, shovel passes. Jet passes and it also has single back formations as well. My favorite part that is hard to find in the others outside of Tampa Bay is Arizona allows you to run 4 WR sets. Many thanks to everyone’s input as I would have never found this playbook if not for the suggestions on this thread!

Quote from A_sympathetic_bystander >> Best one is pass balanced, has split slot and slot offset, lots of motion plays and option plays, even a motion triple option. I’ve used that book for the past 5 years, if you need any advice on it feel free to pm me. In regs and practice mode it’s called spread, MUT it’s called pass balanced. It’s a proper two back book using both for run plays. Looks great! Thanks for the advice!

Any playbooks that utilizes dual HB? Would like to be able to have running plays for Kamara and Henry without having to sub. The only one I see is SF with the Gun Split Close. There is one running play for each back in that playbook.
